Pride Yoga & Dance Party

One of the best parts about living in #RochesterNY is getting to have pride in June AND July!!
Save the date, because we’re back with another Community Yoga fundraiser at the Culver Road Armory sponsored by @shoppeppermint. This time we are celebrating Pride on the yoga mat by raising money for @mocha.roc to support all the work they do for the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ community year round.
Join us Friday July 11th 6pm-7:30pm for a Pride Yoga & Dance Party – we’ll stretch it out on the mat with some gentle yoga led by @jesseamesmith and then turn the music up & DANCE!! Open to all ages & levels of experience with yoga and boogieing down.
To register make a $25 or more direct donation to @mocha.roc & email/DM a screenshot of the receipt. That’s it! Do some good, have a good time. No one will be turned away for lack of funds & cash donations will be accepted at the door. Share, support, see you there!
