LUMOS FAMMMM – we are beyond excited to share the magic that is our community. For years, my team and I have witnessed the most amazing people come to Lumos – so we are creating a space where we can all come together and celebrate it!
This vision is rooted in community and connection. A dedicated day and time for us all to hang and experience some of the things that make Lumos..Lumos! A day filled with music, coffee, fitness, COMMUNITY COLD PLUNGES, infrared sauna and red light therapy sessions – all right out front of our Culver Road Armory Location.
