Urban Run Rochester – Hosted by Lumos

Rochester: It’s Our Turn!!!

Join us Saturday, October 24th at 9 AM at Lumos Culver Road for a FREE morning of sweat, community, and recovery.

Urban Run has been taking over cities, and now it’s coming home to Rochester, hosted by Lumos! We’ve watched this event bring runners together everywhere it’s gone, and we could not be more excited to bring that energy to the ROC.

All levels welcome! We’ll have routes for every pace, and walkers too. Bring your friends, your run club, your coworkers. Let’s show everyone how Rochester shows up.

Here’s what’s going down:

-20 minutes Orangetheory Fitness class

-Pre-run stretch guided by @fitness.chemist

-Nike shoe demo by Fleetfeet (test-drive new kicks on the run!)

-4-mile run

-Weekend Warrior sampling @saranacbrewery

-Community social

-Discounted Lumos infrared sauna + cold plunge sessions to recover like a pro
